So week 4 was a very interesting week. The Moms learned about potential roles within a small business. They discussed their strengths and the strengths of partners or family members who would be helping them run their internet businesses. There are several parts to be played within the business and choosing the right person for the job is just as important as the product the Moms will be selling. The Moms must decide who will be better suited for leadership, who is good with numbers, who has an eye for detail, and who is a web master.
To get their businesses up and running the Moms of Ganamos will need to wear the leadership hat and delegate responsibility. They will need to have a product leader, production team member, bookkeeper and financial records keeper, web page maintenance and update manager, someone to oversee processing and shipping, customer service reps, a promotions manager….the list goes on but did the Moms shrink back in fear? Absolutely not! They were up to the task and began to think about who would be the right fit to help launch their internet empires. That’s right EMPIRES!
By the time the Ganamos Moms make it to week 13 there will be no stopping them. They have a handle on their hopes and dreams and the knowledge that they can achieve what they set out to given the right tools.
