What is it all about?

The number of those experiencing homelessness continues to rise. In the last five years, the number of unsheltered individuals in Maricopa County has tripled. Many of these individuals may be too far away or physically unable to visit an SVdP location for services. The Celebrity Fight Night Water Truck goes out onto the streets of Phoenix and its outlying areas, hand-delivering water, sack lunches, hygiene packs, clothing, and other seasonal items to individuals experiencing homelessness. Volunteers along with our staff conduct outreach in our community to connect with those in the most dire of conditions, helping save lives and restore humanity for those who may have no one or nowhere else to turn for assistance.
