Support families at risk of homelessness
What’s it all about?
Right now in Maricopa County, as one person exits homelessness, two enter. This is because many in our community living paycheck-to-paycheck have no financial safety net and are just one emergency away from crisis. For many, one-time assistance averaging $2,000 can help them stay in their homes. SVdP's Family Support Services team helps families get further along the path to stability with comprehensive support and connection.

Additional Requirements
- Must be bilingual with English and Spanish
Duties as an Administrative Assistant
- Help with general office duties such as communication via note writing, data entry, retrieving phone messages, answering phone calls, returning phone calls, etc.

Duties as a Guest Advocate
- Administer surveys to families who are attending Family Evening Meal
- Prescreen for rent, utility, and move-in assistance, providing resources as needed.
