SVdP launches Virtual Hope Chest e-thrift store
St. Vincent de Paul is excited to announce the launch of its thrift store experience online through its eBay store account: Virtualhopechest. The e-store offers customers a unique selection of high-quality items, including designer brands, vintage collectibles, and much more, all in support of SVdP’s programs that feed, clothe, house and heal.
The Virtual Hope Chest brings the SVdP retail shopping experience to customers fingertips no matter where they are across the globe. Items are carefully selected from donations made to SVdP Phoenix metro thrift store locations.
"Every donation that comes through our five Valley thrift store locations undergoes careful quality control to ensure only the best items make it to our Virtual Hope Chest," says Vanessa Featherston, who manages the e-store. "We take pride in offering high-quality goods, from designer brands to unique vintage finds, all while supporting St. Vincent de Paul’s mission."
Items You'll Find at the Virtual Hope Chest
SVdP's Virtual Hope Chest features a wide range of items, from fashion brands like Versace, Michael Kors, and Ralph Lauren, to vintage collectibles, sports memorabilia, clothing, shoes, sunglasses and much more. The starting price for most items is $19.99, with auctions beginning at $29.99 for rare and exclusive finds. For items that do not receive bids, the sale price decreases, ensuring great deals for its shoppers.
Shipping and Secure Payment Options
Shoppers pay a flat shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders, with any additional shipping costs covered by SVdP. Shoppers can also expect timely delivery, with purchased items shipped within three days of payment.

SVdP's e-store does not accept exchanges but does accept returns only if there was something wrong with the item from their end.

How to Donate to the Virtual Hope Chest
Donations for the Virtual Hope Chest are accepted at SVdP's five Phoenix metro thrift store locations or can be dropped off at SVdP’s main campus at 2120 S. 3rd Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85003. Items must be labeled for the e-store, and donors are encouraged to inform store attendants if the items are intended for the online platform.
