The EAGP donated 4,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies!

A grand collection of hundreds of colored boxes stood in St. Vincent de Paul’s Food Reclamation Center after the Executives’ Association of Greater Phoenix (EAGP) purchased and donated pallets of Girl Scout cookies for SVdP’s guests and dining rooms. 

Now an annual tradition, the EAGP gathered 49 businesses across the Valley to buy 4,000 boxes of cookies from a local Girl Scout. This year’s scout of honor was Lydia of Troop #6387. The cookies are already being distributed to SVdP’s guests at dining rooms and in food boxes going out to families. 

Organized by the President of EAGP Dean Trostle, owner of Auto Partners, and Past President Dave Burns, Co-Founder of Burns Pest Elimination, the duo aimed to donate the most amount of cookies in the history of this annual tradition of giving back.  

“Since Dave Burns began organizing these efforts, the number of businesses involved and the amount of cookies donated has continued to increase with each passing year, and this year was record-breaking,” said Trostle. “To know that we are providing a special treat to so many community members who could otherwise not get to enjoy these cookies is incredibly special to every member of the Executives’ Association of Greater Phoenix.”  

The 49 businesses who were involved, which are all members of the exclusive Phoenix-based networking group Executives Association of Greater Phoenix, include:
