What does it mean to be a sponsor?
Each year hundreds of families in need turn to St. Vincent de Paul to make Christmas special. We offer the opportunity for individuals, families and companies to sponsor one or many families during the holiday season.
Your Role
We ask that each sponsor buy and wrap at least two new presents (one toy and one clothing item) for each young child under 16, one present for each older sibling, and one present to each parent and/or grandparent living in the same household. Sponsors will also provide a gift card to the family's grocery store of choice so the family can purchase their holiday meal.
Sponsors are matched with a family and receive information about that family. Sponsors should contact the family as soon as possible after you receive their information, and make the delivery of items by Dec. 18.
